The project started construction in 2011 and was completed and connected to the grid in 2012. It consists of three independent photovoltaic power stations installed on large industrial rooftops in northern Italy. Tianhe Solar SBU successfully completed the development and construction through engineering contracting within a very limited period of time (2 months), applied for the grid electricity pricing mechanism, and operated the power station for nearly a year.

Due to factors such as building height, ongoing construction work, and time constraints for applying for grid electricity subsidies, the construction of this power station is highly challenging. The project was successfully connected to the grid after two months of construction (with three different grid connections).
